Yes, all good ideas get funded but the reason they don't get to scale is bad management? Or don't get funded b/c of bad management of money?

Personally I'd guess that many things go unfunded and we have no idea how good they could have been b/c it's so hard to predict future.

definitely hard to predict future...but based on the failure rate, I find it hard to believe that the good ideas aren't getting funded. everything is getting funded.
