It bought Amazon Fresh DCs in affluent zip codes + huge private label brand. Can't see them retrofitting to distribute non-grocery items.

Plus a customer-centric 'walk-in' culture. That's what makes retail acquisitions so hard for Amazon, most retail culture sucks.
