Where did you vet that merchants that use Amazon FBA can originate orders elsewhere and use FBA for fulfillment? Don't believe that's true.

Here: https://services.amazon.com/fulfillment-by-amazon/multi-channel.htm …. Only catch is it ships in Amzn-branded packaging (didn't used to be the case - interesting backstory here).
