1 challenge I keep thinking about is how to get founders to believe I care at start of relationship. Initial skepticism is hard to overcome.
I'd imagine that even acknowledging / addressing it up front would go a long way...'harvesting the unconscious.'

Good idea. IMO variety of VC types makes it hard to understand their motives. Do they care, or just want more influence or info?
