2/ not every company (or person) is going to solve big problems. That's life. Saying 'we should only work on hard problems' is unrealistic.
3/ if you think tech isn't solving hard/important problems, you're willfully ignorant. Look at @a16z @foundersfund @osfund portfolio co's.
