I think it's unfair to make broad generalizations based on a small set of outliers.
surely you wouldn't blame a Mustang owner for a deadly crash when going speed limit just because some owners race recklessly.

agreed that people should read directions, but 100% compliance isn't attainable. This was inevitable.
