Seems that many people who win awards think that 'honored' & 'humbled' are synonyms. I've never seen someone actually humbled by an award.

since we're talking about it, in your honest opinion, what's the best/most gracious way to talk about/accept an award?
hmm...however you genuinely feel. For me: proud, honored, flattered, thrilled, grateful.
