      @crampell @zackkanter as with smoke free restaurants, free markets fail to deliver lower sugar beverages. Law is only hope.

      @pbreit @crampell restaurant smoking was a pub. health concern because it affected others. Soda doesn't cause adverse effects to bystanders.

      @pbreit @crampell there's already plenty of sugar-free soda. Seems to me that some people are demanding that others drink less sugary soda.
