@zackkanter Can't find % or # of parking garages that are sloped, I'd guess majority, much harder to repurpose. Been fighting these in DTKC.
On-demand autonomous cars will make parking garages obsolete. As these are converted to housing, millions may live underground for 1st time.

@bspcht good point. In a high-value area like NYC or SF, gutting it would probably will pay off.
