At what point do consumers begin to care about quality? Seems a trustworthy brand goes a long way in a sea of knockoffs and PL me-toos. #ASM

@BillDA depends on the product. Sometimes consumers buy brands even when quality isn't in question (Tylenol).

@zackkanter that's my point - is a brand like Tylenol more or less powerful in a world when everything is private labeled?

@zackkanter we've always had generic drugs, but I see us going to a place where there are tons and tons of "me-too" generic everythings.

@zackkanter and does that mean a brand is more important, or does it mean consumers are caring less about brands?
