Facebook does fine for personal, but Pages alerts are curiously stubborn to clear...hmm. LinkedIn iOS alerts are even harder to kill.
Slack is my only app that reliably clears alerts across devices. Hard problem to solve, or do others fail on purpose to inflate metrics?

iMessage and Twitter both do a good job as well. That just reinforces my belief that it's a willfully-unsolved problem for the others.
