I view our Netsuite setup, chart of accounts, and reporting as legitimate competitive advantages that drive value. Wonder if people would be willing to share. Maybe good accounting is less widely distributed in ecommerce than it is in SaaS...

Late night chart of accounts talk sucked me in. Geez. Real talk, most companies could delay moving to a 100x cost ERP at least 1yr by being effective w/ Chart of Accounts and Classes in QB. Problem is, usually QB was the first set up on day one by none finance/acctg person.
