Council will vote tonight on raising Denver's minimum wage to $15.82 on Jan. 1, 2022. After that it will be pegged to inflation. Before that, it will rise gradually, starting with a $12.85 base wage Jan. 1, 2020. It's likely to pass after the public hearing.
