- You're shown a random connection's photo.
- If you know the person's name, title, or ANY company they've been at, they stay. Otherwise, connection removed.

This could be useful as a “LinkedIn spring cleaning”. What you’re suggesting is for the crowd who thinks “OK let’s just see if this connection turns into something useful”. But the app’s use may only be once a year.

I’d say a better structural solution is to raise the bar on who you let into your LinkedIn network. Your comment is an indictment on LinkedIn’s inability to actually help users take advantage of those who are in their network, though.
