It’s weird that these politicians don’t make it clear that this will take a long time even if they get it done. There’s no magic inefficiency wand.

Have you used much health care? Do you have a family? There is tremendous waste and inefficiency just in administrative work to figure out who pays for what. Have you had to call insurance companies over and over because of an incorrect billing?
