That threat is tortious interference. In a private setting, you’d sue over it. One part is saying “I will mess with your business if you do business with that guy over there (FB)”.
I understand what you’re pointing to. However, there should be structure that warns of consequences *if* you move forward without providing reasonable proof of safety (consumer & economic). Markets running too free can be disastrous.
