When I hear about an incredible new tool and then see how cheap it is, I sign up and am thrilled. When I hear about an incredible new tool and then see how expensive it is, I sign up and try to invest.

I initially read 'invest' as in you investing your time into the product to make it worth your while as a user, something I suspect how users behave towards more expensive products. Is that also true for you?

Oh interesting - no, I rarely learn past the first ~25% of a product’s features/functionality.
