Reasonable or unreasonable? I'm meeting with someone who I know has prepared (as I try to do), and they ask me (though usually it's a he) for my general thoughts on some area I've written about at length -- I feel annoyed because I'm being asked to repeat a blog post aloud.
A few possibilities: - they haven’t read the post (don’t think it’s reasonable to expect someone to read everything you’ve written unless you ask them to) - they’ve read it and they‘re looking to go deeper - they’ve read it and are trying to engage on something you care about.

Yes, though this assumes it's a (single) post. Often it's situations like... "so what do you think about the future of work?" Um... And "why do you ask" is a good follow-up for me.
