Thanks for the link. The 2018 report “unable to pay” was 29% (opposed to 12% in 2019). Most studies aren’t run every year. It’s not false, it’s either using an old stat or parsing the data differently. The larger point is many people have a problem when I wouldn’t blink at $400.
