Ehh. What about if your asshole neighbor wants to build an eyesore that hurts the value of your house? You want complete freedom, but need something in place for society.
Other people having freedom is the price of a free society.

That’s not a free society. That’s anarchy. If one person’s freedom is one thing and another believes the opposite, whose freedom takes precedent? That’s why there are laws and societal rules.
