      Wait, shouldn't VCs be investing on the people and the companies that can improve human life at scale and return capital to their LPs? What if this comes into conflict with your personal feelings about a founder or partner's disposition?

          Oh yeah for sure, I definitely wouldn't go to Margaritaville with someone I didn't like. But if I'm given public money with a responsibility to return capital to to pensioners, then I might have to give up my bias.
