Have any good reading on the impossibly of split focus? Or What helped shape your opinion there?

There are exceptions out there for sure. For most people, I think it’s best to pick one “activity” for each category (one way of making money, getting fit, etc) until it is working like crazy, and only then think about trying to replicate. Same goes for a company.

Task/context/focus switching is such an unrecognised cost. We experimented with 12w plans/goals and ended up giving everyone one big goal at a time, kind of like agile sprints.
