It's the best part of being in VC. You get to choose who you work with, and there are so many amazing people to work with.
One obvious thing that people often forget to mention: do business with people you like. It’s great.

I call it the 11 pm phone test - will seeing x person’s name on your phone at 11 pm make you happy or cringe? If the former, do business all day long If the latter, run (if you can)!
