Somewhere in the middle. I don't want to see a 200 row, 100 column model, but maybe 20 rows (key costs/revenue drivers) and ~25-35 columns (2-3 yrs of projections). For further out, I don't mind it being quarterly instead of monthly. Other investors may have different prefs.

Yes. 20-40 rows that show you have realistically thought about levers, drivers, costs and how they interact with one another as you scale. It’s not rocket science and it’s not something that should take days of work. It’s just a tangible analytic work that shows thoughtfulness.
