I learned quickly, a lot of my companies best ideas came from unlikely sources. Staff who had unusual interestions with the product or customer. For example, cleaning team or delivery team staff who saw things that we “over looked” because they had a different perspective.

We must have enough resources to finish a project we start or ideate. People around you should also notice your talent and support you. That's important. The best way is to pitch it. From my past experiences it is not wise to sit on designs or research notes in your computer.
