OKRs can be great accelerants. But I don’t think you can OKR your way out of a bad system.

What do you use? I don’t know if they are meant to ‘save’ you. We use them to prioritise, focus and team alignment/coordination. OKRs have helped us make progress, be in control and work smarter. Have not been in a ‘crisis’ yet to the point we needed ‘saving’, though.
