I think this view is more common than you think. The most famous example is Jeremy Stoppelman and Google. I went to Hacker News and searched "Google" and third example is someone building an open source browser who was complaining about Chrome shutting them out of DRM.

If you go the comments of any Hacker News article, there's a lot of people complaining that they were operating their business ethically and shut out of Amazon, Google, or other platform with no recourse. Many of these just want to make their case but can't.
