Oh I agree. I just thought you meant the headline, which is all I ever read there these days because the content doesn't justify the paywall most of the time. So I am habituated.

And we think he’ll be better able to allocate even more money later? Unless he plans to retire and be the Jeff Bezos of philanthropy in 10 years, making more because ‘that’s what he’s best at’ doesn’t effect the social good side of the equation.
That would be exactly the same path taken by Rockefeller, Buffett, and others. Or maybe he’ll put it all into Blue Origin, which is Bezos being the Bezos of social impact.

Just because it’s the same@path doesn’t mean it’s optimal. You’re right about Blue Origin. Would be nice to see him try to solve some other high leverage problems too.
