Allow people to discharge student loans in bankruptcy. End the federal student loan guarantee.

Thanks for the response. It is weird that access shares time with cost control in most healthcare policy plans but not in higher education plans. Would love to see a candidate suggest an approach with cost reduction coupled with a subsidization plan to ensure broad access.
