Kind of you to say. I think @tseides does this really well too.
The smarter the podcast guest, the harder the podcast interviewer tries to sound smart. This makes most interviews terrible, and the rare exception is what makes a great podcast. @patrick_oshag is a great example of the exception to the rule.

The best interviewer is like an exceptional referee - in the background. In contrast, Tom Kean of Bloomberg is the epitome of mediocrity attempting to sound smart via namedropping and jargon. The man should be arrested for vector and derivative abuse!
