What would you say an example of an asymmetric b2b business strategy would look like
Antifragile. Most founders habitually structure symmetrical bets...it’s no wonder that the vast majority fail. Particularly in the B2B space, you can structure most bets with asymmetric upside and have a ~guaranteed good outcome if your market is huge and you know how to focus.

Don’t bet the company, ever. Then find bets with large or unlimited upside. Difference with consumer is that you often can’t win with a more conservative strategy because you’re in a daily knife fight with competitors.
