Well I don’t think that’s a conspiracy theory as much as it is an opinion
I think “Facebook broke democracy” is the most widely-believed conspiracy theory I’ve seen in my lifetime. Trying to think of others that come close?

I’m not sure it’s an opinion...assuming you had perfect access to information, couldn’t you state whether it is objectively true or false?

I think Facebook broke real communities is apt. People are addicted to a false world of social platform that doesn’t foster real human connections that forms the bedrock of sustaining and forming true conducive communities.
