You could have dreamed of doing this on top of the twitter api back in the day. Wonder if you can do with chrome extensions now

Would be real tough differentiate content. Not enough hashtags are used and used correctly. Listing keywords in the script would be an almost endless process too. IMHO you’d have to change the interface to a categorized one almost
