Haha. "Underhyped" is a bit rich.
The key bit is underhyped *amongst founders and investors.* There is an asymmetry in how much serverless is talked about by developers / founders of dev-focused startups vs startup founders more broadly. E.g. there are very few B2B SaaS startups 100% built on top of serverless.
