Ah you need to get out more. Outlaw all historic preservation. Central Park should be sold off & developed. Prostitution should be legal. Police should be like the fire department and be confined to the station unless called. Luxury skyscrapers in national parks to pay down debt.
You could also just write thoughtful essays instead, like Paul Graham used to (may he rest in peace)...that seemed to absolutely enrage people.
