I try really hard to enjoy Taleb’s books, but I feel like I completely understand the point after the first couple chapters and the rest is just pontification on the same theme. Am I missing something?

In terms of perspective changing and life impact, I think its: podcasts > blog posts > books. I think that's also a byproduct of frequency (15x podcasts, 20x blog posts, 0.75-1 book per week).
