I like this theory. Is there any previous behavior from Amazon that makes you more confident they’ll end up going that route?
Amazon’s multiple HQs are going to come in handy when it breaks itself into multiple companies before regulators get the chance to do so.

I think its an ingenious strategy to please as many congress reps across states. More political leverage, the better.
