What is the best user experience you’ve ever... experienced?
Either Superhuman, or when you call somewhere for customer support and they give you the option to enter your phone number to get a call back from the next available agent.

BTW, the second is ruined when they call you back... and announce you're on hold. LOL. WTF? http://You.Called.Me . At what point did you realize you didn't have anyone to talk to. So when CSR finally answered I said "Please hold...".
