I've cancelled mine and getting the deposit refund is almost impossible - They want to send a USD cheque to South Africa .... the worst, amateur experience - smoke and mirrors.
I hate to say this because I love the company so much, but the experience of buying a @Tesla has been atrocious from start to finish. Disorganized, buggy, confusing, poor communication, all-around cluster****. I’d have canceled the order by now if the product wasn’t so fantastic.

Same here - my S purchase/delivery experience was seamless, but that was before the crunch. Growing pains. That said, I needed some minor service done this week and the responsiveness/prefessionalism of the
@Tesla staff has been great. Right culture, just delivery hell right now.
