I would pay a crazy amount to subscribe to a members-only Medium publication that turned 30-60 min engineering/tech talks into detailed blog posts.

Asking because I've been thinking about creating something like this. Sort of like stratechery but more focused on implementers with a mix of academic CS, real-world talks, and interviews. I used to get this from HN but less these days. Can I email you?

I think pubs like stratechery prove there's a huge audience for good writing on stuff. Buyers would be people looking to level up their software skills: bootcamp grads, interviewees, working devs, dev managers who want to stay current, even investors

And I'm in somewhat of the opposite camp, namely that I'd really enjoy a service that did audio versions of good written material. And as a perfect example of this, I used to listen regularly to
@exponentfm podcast which ties closely with the@stratechery newsletter.2 replies 0 retweets 0 likes
I‘ve had “blogs on tape” on my ideas-to-give-away list for a long time.
