I’m not sure that normal people get angry about things. Mobs get angry about things.
I suppose if you define a mob so as to mean all people angry about the same thing, but to me that loses all meaning. eg, when a police officer kills a non-violent black man, people have all kinds of reactions, including anger. But not because they’re a part of any coordination.
