There’s a misconception about twitternomics. Tweets aren’t assets. Followers are assets. Tweets are liabilities. A tweet is debt that you issue to buy followers. And people are starting to figure out that leverage is a real bitch.

My take..Tweet is more like a product..it manifests into an asset or liability on how it is received by the market. Also, should one value one's followers more or the ones you follow?
