When put that way, it doesn’t. What is problematic is that analysts have sold their clients and bosses the growth index = change in # of accounts. Now they have to own up either to lying or to not understanding. Oops.

Worse yet, do click adverts to simulate real users, damaging ROI for folks who pay the bills and driving them off the platform. Experienced that with FB a bunch.
