Would the post also include how looking at what Bezos did and applying it to startups won’t really work most of the time?
I have no idea how it happened (and thus how to recreate it), but am very interested in its characteristics today :) It’s like Adam Smith’s analogy of the economy as a watch...once set in motion, it continues on its own. Don’t know how to make a watch but I can appreciate one.

Yup yup yup. Look forward to reading your post. I think “AMZ invested in growth & made no profits for so many years” is the new “Google had ping pong tables & bean bags”. MoviePass CEO literally used the former to justify his biz economics.
