@fishbowl is very helpful for this. You can stay on QB, dial in COGS and Inv mgmt, and much cheaper than Netsuite (i have no affiliation with FB)
Have you used it personally? Curious how many SKUs. These things typically fall apart with more complexity.

Yes I have, manufacturing and selling 200+ SKUs. Hasn't fallen apart but not very complex right now, e.g. no WIP. Has pros and cons but a cheap, easy way to get accurate COGS without going full ERP.

FWIW, NetSuite starts around $15k a year. Typically a lot less than people are expecting.
