    Hands down, the #1 struggle I see from leaders is having the courage & skills to confront issues head on with their leaders & teams. You can't get to courage w/o rumbling w/ vulnerability. The ability to navigate crucial conversations well is top skill of transformational leaders

    Accountability—while a buzzword—is a vital component of any high-functioning team. Keeping yourself and others accountable ensures staying on track to hit goals and metrics, but it also keeps the principles of Trust, Conflict, and Commitment alive.
