      One upside from this technique is you’re not starting with trying to figure out “the best gift”. You’re just listing paths that are decent where it would be a terrible gift for others. Then you gradient descent that path and find treasure

      Love this framework beyond just gifts. What is a conversation I can only have with this person? What work can only this person do? What differentiates someone and how can you focus in on that?
