@michelletandler @micsolana @zebulgar @chesaboudin Just straight up lied to all of us in that clubhouse room. He did work for Chavez Regime. He wrote about it in his book.https://www.sfgate.com/books/article/Gringo-by-Chesa-Boudin-3243747.php …

Like straight up “Enough so that he (chesa) wanders into a job in Venezuela's Presidential Palace as an interpreter.” WTF?

Someone who can so brazenly lie to a room with 2000 people in it. Most likely on tape should never be in an office like district attorney.

I bet
@chesaboudin would have a clarification if asked here, though. I'm sure he knows what he wrote in his book.1 reply 0 retweets 1 like -

Well I hope he does jump in here, but my point stands. I suspect there's some daylight that allows his statement and the sentence in his book to both be true. It may be a "technicalllllyyy" type thing, but not clear which way that would cut, in that case.

When you blatantly attempt to deceive people that is called a lie. He was clearly attempting to deceive. He even got people to apologize. Then attacked them for using wikipedia as a source.
