Some updates on the Windows schedule I'm hearing
Moment 1 is Oct (confirmed by Microsoft)
Moment 2 is slated for Feb/Mar 2023
Moment 3 is planned for summer 2023
Fall 2023 should be 23H2, which I suspect will be a servicing style release. "Moment" terminology is internal only.

Microsoft has detailed its first feature drop (Moment 1) for Windows 11 version 22H2. It will include Tabs in File Explorer, Suggested Actions, a new Photos app, MS Store improvements, and more:

CONFIRMED: Microsoft will update Windows 11 with frequent feature drops in a new update cadence starting next month. Annual feature updates will remain, but I suspect those are unlikely to be major platform releases going forward:
