Agreed, but the state and county allocate education funds. City has no control over it.
Fresno PD needs to be defunded. FUSD needs more funds. My evidence: the fact that I didn’t have a desk in my Spanish class and had to sit on the A/C.

Maybe they didn’t fund only spanish classes cus in 2010-2012 i also had an ac seat in both spanish classes lol
